My Story
Written for his arrival on 1/1/07

Can't recall my beginings.. but last thing I do remember is running loose.
I had this length of garden hose dragging along attached to this chain about
my neck.. and of all things.. a padlock holding it in place. I ended up in the
South L.A animal Shelter. I was safer then the streets of L.A., but no place
of comfort. A kennel.. cement flooring.. bleh! I lucked out when this nice
guy Chuck came along and got me out of there. He was hoping for a house
mate for his stately older dane Casey. Her and I just didn't see eye to eye.
I just can't help it, I have alot of energy at a mere age of 3 and her at 10.
Your know how it is, those May/December relationships dont always last
too long. Chuck sent out word in hopes someone would be   willing to
foster me for a spell or settle me in a forever home.

Well, this great lady who does rescue, Victoria, was coming to Cali to place another Dane in a home.. so she said she would take me since there was an open slot. So off to Dog beach to meet up with her. You could not ask for better weather. It was sunny, warm and the water was perfect! I had the chance to meet up with a few other Danes like Dana, Goose, Rooster, DJ, Molly and token Danes Piggy, Gilly Bean and Jet! At the end of the day I piled into Victiria's van which was a bit crowded. The people that came to adopt the sweet girl Dana turned out not to be a good match for her. Poor Victiria had a house full! It was a little crazy!

Little did I know Dj's &Molly's mom called up Victoria and
said shelove to add me to her crew! So a couple days later we l
oaded up inthe van again and headed back to Cali from
Azrizona along withGoose and Gilly Bean! Man, I never been
so many places in such ashort time. We met up at a great little
dog park in redlands. It wasneat I got to see some familiar
faces loke Rooster, DJ and Molly.. aswell as meeting a couple
new faces like Samson. It was a blast gettingto romp, but at the
end boy was I confused! It wasn't Victiria andDanny's van but
instead DJ and Mollys! Woot what an adventure! Now I am
settling in. I have to admit sometimes it is tough, there
areALOT of rules to learn but it isn't tooo bad! Besides not I
get to gotothe dog park, the beach, gt to try agility and lure
coursing.. I doLOVE to run. Oh!! and he food is fantastic, there chicken, pork, fish, beef, veggies and
fruit. I adore bananas and yogurt is my fav! I think I am finally home!
